Our Outside School Hours Care provider is Complete Kids.

They can be contacted on 9740 2111. Press 3 for OSHC, then 1 for the OSHC Office.

Purpose:
To provide the best possible service to care for primary age children of the local community outside normal school hours. The program aims to be as affordable as possible and at all times conducted in a friendly, safe and enjoyable environment.

Objectives:

• To provide quality care in a well supervised environment for up to 40 children before school and up to 65 children after school hours.
• To offer a variety of activities with the opportunity for passive recreation.
• To provide suitable refreshments for all children.

Operation:
Before School Care 6.30am – 8.45am
After School Care 3.30pm – 6.30pm
Curriculum & Pupil Free Days 6.30am – 6.30pm

On early dismissal days, the service will start at the time of school dismissal. The service does not operate on public holidays.

Complete Kids also offers Vacation Care from 6.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday during school holidays.

Facilities:
The service is run on the school premises. The program operates under conditions which are safe and children are secure. The areas where the program is normally conducted are the Gym and GP2 for refreshments and indoor physical activity. During daylight hours, and when weather permits, in the school grounds. In the rare event of the Gym/GP2 not being available, other safe and suitable accommodation is arranged within the school.

Enrolments:
Parents/guardians of all children who attend the program at Sunbury West Primary School must complete an enrolment form prior to attendance. The enrolment process can be started by visiting the Complete Kids Website (www.completekids.net), following the instructions to the Family Lounge.

A percentage of fees are refunded to all families through Childcare Benefit.
