Our Complete Kids OSHC (Outside School Hours Care) program operates from our Sunbury West OSHC Service (located in our OSHC room) at SUNBURY WEST Primary School.

Complete Kids is a family owned and operated service, established in 2009 and is right here in Sunbury! Complete Kids OSHC supports our local school communities by providing the highest possible quality of care for our families, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere that is safe, educational, inclusive and FUN!

Our OSHC programs (before school care, after school care and vacation care) offer organised and structured activities and experiences, as well as relaxed free play opportunities. Complete Kids OSHC ensures our curriculum is based on children’s current interests, promoting choice and participation in their own learning. Our OSHC program caters for primary school-aged children (5-12 years) in our caring, engaging and safe environment, with qualified OSHC educators. Complete Kids OSHC implements the National Quality Framework for school aged children –‘My Time, Our Place’ and we strive to achieve the highest level of quality as determined by the National Quality Standards.

Our OSHC program promotes healthy eating with a nutritional and seasonal menu planned weekly, along with fresh fruit which is always on offer. At our OSHC Services, breakfast is provided/offered each morning and served until 8.00am. Breakfast can consist of cereals and grains, toast, pancakes, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Afternoon Tea is provided/offered each day at our OSHC Services, the planned seasonal menu can consist of wraps and sandwiches, soups, nachos with slow cooked meat, pasta bakes and grazing tables (containing fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, dips and cheeses, cold meats, rice cakes and crackers). During our Vacation Care program, Morning Tea is also planned and provided from our seasonal menu.

For families looking to enrol into our OSHC program, attending Sunbury West Primary School, the enrolment process is completed via an online enrolment form (link below) and uploaded attachments.

You can also register your interest and details with the OSHC Office via email and we will respond with the enrolment link and further OSHC information, please state the following in your email :

Once your OSHC enrolment has been completed and finalised, then processed by the OSHC Office, you will receive a ‘welcome email’ from us and bookings can then be made through the Xplor Home app. We offer both permanent and casual bookings for before and after school care, with most families using a combination of both options.

Before & After School Care Program

Before School Care  6:30am - 8:45am  &  After School Care  3:30pm - 6:30pm

Our OSHC program is flexible to meet each child’s need for care, during before and after school hours, in a creative, stimulating, safe and secure environment. We offer organised and structured activities and experiences which are carefully planned by our OSHC Service Leaders, with the children’s current interests and curriculum in mind, as well as relaxed free play opportunities, both inside and outside. We like to think of ourselves and our OSHC Services, as a home away from home for the children in our care, with our amazing OSHC Educators being a familiar and friendly face both before and after school.

Complete Kids OSHC offers both permanent (weekly) and casual bookings for our before and after school care programs, with families generally using a combination of both options for the convenience to fit in with their schedule. Permanent booking requests can be made via email to the OSHC office oshc@completekids.net. Casual bookings can be made, when required through the Xplor Home app.

Vacation Care Program

Vacation Care  6:30am - 6:30pm

Our Complete Kids OSHC Vacation Care Program operates out of our Killara OSHC Service at Killara Primary School, operating between the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm, throughout school holiday periods, as per the advertised flyer/timetable on School Stream.

Our wonderful Sunbury West OSHC families and educators, join with our friends and colleagues at the Killara OSHC Service for Vacation Care. Uniting in the one location, Killara Primary School with expansive school grounds including multiple play spaces and play grounds, along with a gymnasium for indoor activities. Our program aims to support our local school communities throughout school holiday periods and is available to primary school-aged children.

Our Vacation Care Program offers an extensive range of fun and educational experiences including in-house mini workshops, theme days, incursions and excursions. Thoughtful and thorough care and research is conducted for each Vacation Care Program, incorporating the interests of children and the opportunity for the development of learning, flowing into the school curriculum – activities and experiences are engaging and child focused with creativity, imagination and play paramount.
