Using CSEF through Qkr!

You can now complete excursion forms on Qkr! using CSEF funds which means that you no longer need to return the actual paper form!

To do this, go into Qkr! –  as you would do for Excursions. Choose the event you are giving permission for - there will be two choices:

1. Make full payment
2. Use CSEF funds

Choose your payment. You will then be directed to complete the electronic form and go through the checkout. You will checkout as normal and if you have selected CSEF your receipt will show a $0.00 amount.

Just a reminder that CSEF can only be used for Camps, Sports and Excursions / Incursions. (It can’t be used for Graduation, Meal Deals, or Bookpacks).

Please note: only families who have CSEF may choose the CSEF option. CSEF is only available to eligible Health Care Card holders.
