Dear Parents / Guardians,
On behalf of all the staff, I thank our families for their tremendous efforts again during remote and flexible learning in Term 3. With all students back on-site at the end of Term 2, I’m sure we were all looking forward to a seamless return to school.
Unfortunately, the reverse happened.
Having the wisdom of hindsight however and newly learned practices, we were quickly able to adapt and respond to the changing circumstances.
I would like to again reiterate my appreciation to all staff for their amazing work and extraordinary level of commitment and care for the students in their charge.
Again, most students have worked hard to engage positively in the remote learning environment, continuing to show their stamina and resilience. They are to be commended for this.
This has also been a challenging time for parents, with many having to adapt to work changes and reduced hours, but for most, their children’s ongoing education has been a priority. We are extremely grateful for the time that you have invested in your children and for your support with the current restrictions.
We will continue to advise families of information pertaining to the staged return to school, as soon as information is forwarded to us from The Department of Education.
We wish our families all the best during the term break.
